Subject: Container deposit exemption for inbound shipments
Dear esteemed customer,
First of all, we would like to express our sincere thanks for your full cooperation in settling container repairing charge and detention charge so far.
In order to further facilitate your delivery of inbound shipments, kinhdientamquoc.vn (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. Haiphong office would like to inform you that:
1) For inbound shipments which are not included below in the list of item 2 of this announcement, container deposit will be exempted with effective from 01st Sep 2011.This exemption will help you not to spend time to pay as well as to receive back container deposit.
Attention:Authorization Letter to take delivery is still applied if the party who directly takes delivery is not mentioned on kinhdientamquoc.vn’s bills of lading.

2) For shipments falling into the following list, container deposit is still applied, we will transfer container deposit to your bank account after 2 days completting fomalities:

For the damaged containers, we would like to request you to return them to Nam Phat depot or Tam Cang 128 for our futher evaluation of damage status and extra deposit collection such as repairing cost, detention charge. For your interesting protection, we would like to request you to show the depot staff the “Conatiner deposit order” and laden EIR before dropping container off.
