An Evening with Planned Parenthood was held on March 31, 2022 at Bass Performance Hall and co-chaired by Jill Black and Hilary Weinstein. The evening featured an engaging and inspiring conversation with Jennifer Palmieri moderated by Gloria Campos.

About Jennifer Palmieri:
Jennifer Palmieri is a writer and one of the most accomplished communications advisors in politics today. About Gloria Campos:
Since retiring from a 40-year career in television news in 2014, two-time Hall of Fame recipient and award-winning journalist, Gloria Campos continues to pursue interests and causes that have always been important to her. Gloria relocated to the Texas Hill Country in the summer of 2018 but remains a sought-after speaker and moderator.
Gloria has been honored to moderate discussions with such notables such as former First Lady Laura Bush, Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former U.S. Senator, Kay Bailey Hutchison, now First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden, broadcaster Robin Roberts, feminist Gloria Steinem, actors Molly Ringwald and Cynthia Nixon, among others. “I had no inkling when I retired that I would continue to exercise my interviewing skills. But it’s a lot more fun and rewarding now that I employ those skills on behalf of so many worthy causes.” Most recently, Gloria served on Texas State University’s Development Foundation (2016-2021) and as Board Chair from 2020-21. Gloria is proud to support future journalists through the Gloria Campos Endowed Scholarship in Mass Communication at her Alma Mater, established in 2007.
